1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all the ingredients using mixer
3. Grease 8x8 baking pan, pack the cookie bar mix and bake for 17 to 20 mins until the outside is golden brown.
4. Cut them into bars of size you like and serve.

For the drizzle, I used some peanut butter mixed with melted dark chocolate chips..
Makes 12 to 15 tasty bars.

Protein Oatmeal Chocolate Bar

As I sit here enjoying the first day of Spring- I figured I should bake a healthy treat for the week ahead. After all its not too long where I am in control of my schedule before the little one comes knocking! :) 20 more days!!

This is one of my favorite recipes from the past that I baked and never seem to disappoint me!! All you need is 30 mins and some basic ingredients to get going!

1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup peanut butter
½ cup whey protein
¼ cup oatmeal flour
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup peanut butter chips
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
¼ cup brown sugar (can add stevia or honey instead)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
